Orders and Delivery
Morn Creations is dedicated to offering the convenient online shopping experience to customers. Simply select products and provide the delivery address, and we will take care of the rest. We provide global delivery services; enjoy hassle-free online shopping for your own design bags or gifts for families and friends overseas.
Orders
When your order confirmed, you will receive a order confirmation email. No change or cancellation is accepted once a purchase order is confirmed. All orders received in the morning will be processed in the afternoon of the same working day (Hong Kong Time); all orders received in the afternoon will be processed in the next working day. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated upon checkout based on a flat rate per order regardless of the quantity or weight of purchased items. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong Dollar.
We ship orders by Hong Kong Post, EMS or SF Express, depending on the delivery areas. Please remark on the date of delivery upon checkout and ensure the recipient can sign off the delivery. Morn Creations will not be responsible for any losses after the recipient signs off the delivery.
Delivery Notification
Once your order is handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive an email of dispatch after we confirmed an order. To ensure easy tracking, the email will include details of the delivered items, order number, and website of the delivery company.
Delivery Time
The carrier that we recommend strives to provide quick and efficient delivery services to customers but delivery time may vary due to customs issues of different countries, delivering method selected, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). Morn Creations has no control over the delivery time of the carrier and will not be legally responsible for any situation arise from the delivery process or standard of delivery.
As custom examinations take longer in some countries (including but not limited to England, France, Germany, Spain and Russia). If you encounter such cases, please contact us and we will track the corresponding order for you.
Customs and Taxes
When delivery is requested outside of Hong Kong, you are considered an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are delivering the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance. Morn Creations has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the duties and/or taxes arise from the ordered products. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information.
Pressing “continue” to complete ordering procedures implies your acceptance of the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for customs clearance. If you have not been able to complete the aforesaid statement, the products will be returned to Morn Creations and you will be charged 50% of the total purchase amount as a compensation of delivery charge prepaid by Morn Creations.
Undeliverable Order
Some products will be returned due to incorrect address, addresses of PO box or hotel, absence of recipient, refusal of tax payment/ identity verification/ delivery, customs issues, etc.
For all returned products due to the aforesaid causes, 50% of the total purchase amount will be charged as a compensation of delivery charge prepaid by Morn Creations.
